The firm is entirely owned by an Employee Ownership Trust (EOT), designed to benefit all our employees. This model means that every team member has a stake in our firm's success, which not only empowers our people but also helps us attract top talent and reinforce our people-first culture. Since their introduction in 2014 through the Finance Act 2014, Employee Ownership Trusts (EOTs) have seen remarkable growth in the UK. Created to encourage more companies to transition to employee ownership, EOTs provide a tax-efficient way for business owners to transfer ownership to their employees.
Trustees play a crucial role in this model, overseeing the trust and ensuring that it operates in the best interests of the employees. This approach has led to a significant increase in employee-owned businesses, with over 1,800 thriving across the UK, highlighting a significant shift towards more equitable and sustainable business practices.
