Biography
David joined Myerson in September 2023 as an Associate Solicitor in the Commercial Litigation Team.
David originally studied English Language and Law at undergrad and subsequently completed the Graduate Diploma in Law. He went on to study a Masters in Law, Business and Management (incorporating the Legal Practice Course), at the University of Law in Chester, graduating with a distinction.
David has considerable experience in insurance funded litigation and originally trained at a firm in Warrington under the supervision of a Deputy District Judge.
David’s practice encompasses a wide range of matters, with particular focus on professional negligence, partnership/shareholder disputes and contractual claims.
