He is a member of Resolution and promotes a constructive approach to family issues considering, in particular, the needs and best interests of any children.
Joe’s thought leadership on family law issues have been featured in an array of publications, including Barrister Magazine, ThoughtLeaders 4 HNW Divorce Magazine and LexisPSL. Joe also has a legal Instagram (@JoeFergusonSolicitor) which he uses to discuss family law.
