Biography
Julie joined Myerson Solicitors in March 2017. She is one of the firm’s three dedicated telephonists and will often be the first person a client speaks to, answering calls in a professional and friendly manner.
Having developed her knowledge of law, Julie can direct clients quickly and efficiently to the right lawyer who can support them with their individual legal matter.
She is committed to providing superior customer service and goes over and above to help each caller.
With her welcoming tone and exceptional communication skills, Julie also helps support her in-house colleagues to improve their telephone skills and support directing enquiries efficiently.
Prior to working at Myerson Solicitors, Julie worked as a legal secretary and supervisor for a local high street firm.
In her spare time, she enjoys going to the gym and spending time with her family including her new grandson.
