Biography
Karl is the firm’s Finance Director and Chief Technology Officer.
Karl joined Myerson in 2018 as the firm’s Finance Director. He is the Compliance Officer for Finance and Administration and is responsible, with the members, for the accounting of clients’ monies in accordance with the strict rules determined by the Solicitors’ Regulation Authority.
Karl is responsible for leading the Finance function of the firm and coordinating the management and execution of financial strategies, processes, and activities. As a board member, Karl helps with the formulation, refinement, and operation of the firm’s strategic business model.
In 2021 Karl was made Chief Technology Officer, having taken responsibility for IT, critical software partnerships, and data management.
Karl joined the firm with over ten years of law firm experience. He is a qualified Chartered Accountant, having qualified with RSM in 2008 and gained a BSc joint honours degree (Economics & Management) from the University of St Andrews.
Outside of work, Karl enjoys travelling with his wife, playing the piano and keeping fit.
