I’d like to share my experience working with Laura Higgins, a solicitor at Myersons, who has been instrumental in helping me purchase two buy-to-let properties this year. As a first-time landlord, I was initially unsure of what to expect from the process, but Laura’s guidance made everything so much easier to understand. From start to finish, Laura was incredibly thorough, friendly, and supportive. She took the time to explain every stage of the process clearly, ensuring I had a solid understanding of what was happening at each step. Her approachable nature meant I felt comfortable asking questions, no matter how small, and she always responded promptly with clear, thoughtful answers. One of the standout aspects of working with Laura was her ability to navigate through some tricky obstacles with ease. Property purchases are rarely straightforward, but Laura’s expertise and proactive approach meant that any potential issues were dealt with swiftly and efficiently. I never felt out of my depth because I knew I was in safe hands. Her communication skills are second to none. She kept me updated throughout, ensuring I was never left wondering about the status of my purchases. This level of transparency and consistency gave me great peace of mind during what could have been a stressful process. If you’re looking for a solicitor to handle your property purchases, I would highly recommend Laura Higgins at Myersons. Her professionalism, clarity, and supportive approach made my experience as a first-time landlord significantly smoother than I could have anticipated. Thank you, Laura, for all your hard work — it’s been a pleasure working with you.
