Biography
Lisa has worked at Myerson since 2016. She began studying Law at the Open University in 2014, gaining her Probate Practice and Civil Litigation qualifications with Cilex Law School in 2019.
Lisa was promoted to Probate Litigation Paralegal within the Contentious Trusts and Probate Team in 2019.
Lisa’s role involves attendance at court and mediations, preparing trial bundles and drafting summons /subpoena documents.
She is the ‘gatekeeper’ of limitation dates, registering Caveats and Standing Searches, and dealing with extensions and renewals.
Lisa’s work also involves legal research, dealing with Warnings to Caveators, drafting appearances, and liaising with the Probate Registry. Lisa is also regularly involved with our clients and their families, in addition to outside agencies such as Courts, Counsel, Clerks, Mediators, Hospitals and GP practices.
Lisa has an empathetic approach and prides herself on attention to detail, organisation and keeping clients advised and well-informed.
