CLD Systems, a leading supplier of physical security systems in the UK, recently announced its acquisition of Cova Security Gates (Cova), the world's first designer and manufacturer of the crash-rated trackless bi-folding gate.
CLD is the UK's largest manufacturer and supplier of rigid mesh fencing systems and security gates.
It protects environments such as data centres, schools, transport hubs, manufacturing warehouses, high-profile sporting venues, open spaces, and Critical National Infrastructure (CNI) sites.
The transaction, which was successfully facilitated by the Corporate Team at Myerson Solicitors, acting on behalf of CLD, highlights the ambition of the CLD team and assists in the ongoing growth strategy of CLD.
