Myerson Solicitors Assist in the Acquisition of Clever Closet Limited by Sharps Bedrooms

Myerson Solicitors recently supported the sale of UK company Clever Closet Limited, an award-winning provider of under-stairs storage solutions, to Sharps Bedrooms, one of the UK's leading fitted furniture providers.

Clever Closet provides fully fitted under-stair storage and loft solutions across the UK. Paul Jacob, founder of Clever Closet, will continue to support the business with the Sharps team.

The Myerson deal team was led by Ryan Fletcher, a Senior Associate in our corporate team, Corporate Partner Akeel Latif, Solicitor Luke Wilkins and Trainee Solicitor Isobel Barton.  Carla Murray, a Partner in the Myerson Commercial team, Karam Bhatti, a solicitor in the Myerson Commercial team and Kurt Reilly, a solicitor in the Myerson Employment team, also advised on the transaction's respective commercial and employment aspects.
