Victoria Davies is a Legal Director in Myerson Solicitors' highly regarded and award-winning Employment Law Team. With almost 20 years of experience in business and personal employment law, Victoria has developed a strong reputation for her practical and client-focused approach. She joined Myerson in 2025 from a prominent international law firm, where she built an impressive track record advising businesses of all sizes, from multinational corporations to SMEs across a wide range of industries, as well as senior executives.
Victoria’s expertise covers the full spectrum of employment law matters, including both contentious and non-contentious work, and she assists both employers and employees. She is experienced in providing day-to-day employment advice, managing complex workplace disputes and guiding businesses through challenging organisational restructures.

Major change management processes, including changes to terms and conditions, restructures and redundancy exercises (involving both collective and individual consultation);
Negotiating senior executive exit arrangements, including tax efficient compensation packages, post termination restrictions, confidentiality, reputation protection and announcements;
Advising on TUPE and outsourcing arrangements, including in relation to the application of TUPE, consultation requirements and negotiating TUPE provisions in commercial agreements.

- Advising a major retail business in relation to a complex and high value claim for equal pay, whistleblowing, sex and disability discrimination brought by a senior executive, which carried significant reputational risk for the employer.
- Issuing injunctive proceedings to enforce restrictive covenants and negotiating a successful resolution for a recruitment business.
- Advising a FTSE100 business on a business wide restructure, involving collective consultations on redundancies and changes to terms and conditions, during the COVID-19 pandemic.
